This fully interactive workshop focuses on the discovery of your own personal conflict management style, developing stronger communication skills and adaptability, and how to better use empathy in order to defuse conflict situations when they arise.

During the session we take participants through a gradual journey of practical exercises which helps them build up an understanding of different communication styles, how to calm and defuse conflict and how to demonstrate empathy and compassion in situations of anger and aggression.
