We’ve kick started Life Skills with a CV and Employability session, had an introduction to mental wellbeing with The Big Simple and learnt about Stop & Search procedures while challenging the police’s youth engagement team with some hard hitting questions.

New this year, we have introduced The Big House Alternative Careers Fair to our OHP, where professionals from a wide selection of industries volunteered their time to inspire our members and help them discover new career paths which don’t necessarily require educational qualifications. Our guests had a range of experience from film production to personal training, designing games to working in the emergency services.

We’re already looking forward to our next Alternative Careers Fair!
